Gedatsu-kai,
or Gedatsu Church is a religious organization which was founded
in Japan in 1929. Since its founding, Gedatsu Church has aimed
at preparing persons who would firmly support the spiritual
foundation of the country. The church respects Japanese culture
and traditions, and would like to contribute to the promotion
of the nation's welfare and world peace through our daily work
and activities.
Our
founder Gedatsu Kongo (Lay name: Okano Seiken) established Gedatsu
Church and taught people a path of happiness in his unique way.
His teaching is free from dogmatism and formalism. He taught
a path of humanity in accordance with the universal law.
Gedatsu
teaching values family life. The objective is to realize people's
happiness, maintain the natural environment, co-exist with all
living things, and attain world peace.
